Prices are in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP), inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. We accept no order until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.
If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.
Tax
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.
Guarantees, Size Exchanges and Cancellations
As long as our water care guidance is followed, the strength of our Bioflow magnets are guaranteed for life.
We offer a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands and a 12 month guarantee on all other products.
Please Note: In the case of all Refunds and Exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage to us.
Size Exchanges
If you require a differently sized product, simply return your purchase (unused, with any protective film intact and in its original packaging) to us within 14 days of receipt. You must also include a copy of your original proof of purchase. Please include a contact number so that we can call you to confirm your new size.
We will then dispatch the new sized product straight away. A re-delivery charge of £2.99 will apply to U.K destinations. All other countries will be charged at our standard delivery rate.
Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your purchase (unused, with any protective film intact and in it’s original packaging) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must also include a copy of your original proof of purchase.
